Spirit Coach operates a fleet of 2000-2006 Prevost
H3-45 European styled luxury tour coaches. Our flagship coach, “The Spirit of Huntsville”,
seats 48 passengers in first class comfort, and is equipped with a
galley, which has room for coolers and snacks, and storage areas to
hold tour
supplies. All of our coaches feature a VCR with five video monitors,
CD player, cassette
player, two card tables, enclosed parcel racks, and complete lavatory
facilities. |

This equipment will allow a person using a wheelchair to be lifted into the coach via a curb- side wheelchair loading door. Once on board the coach, the wheelchair will be secured to the coach using special tie-downs. The entire procedure takes less than ten minutes, and allows the wheelchair user to remain in their chair while traveling. The lift and tie-down equipment can accommodate many different types of wheelchair or scooter equipment. |
