Spirit Coach began its journey in January of 2000. Our fleet has expanded from our first two coaches - "The Spirit of Huntsville" and "The Spirit of the South" to nine coaches and have allowed us to fulfill more travel needs in our area. From New York City to Biloxi and all points in between, passengers have been delighted with the comfort these coaches offer. Students, senior citizens, sports teams, church groups, families, and friends traveling together, love to visit and watch the beautiful countryside roll by. Robert F. "Clip" Coates, Jr. (above) has more than 20 years of experience operating a diversified transportation company. In January of 2000 , Clip and his wife Angie, along with sister Jo Lynn (above) founded Spirit Coach, LLC, an operator of luxury motorcoaches for tour operators and sports teams.
